Trinational MASTER – Law & Finance
Basic information
Duration: 2 years
This is a trinational master's degree, taught entirely in English between the University of Angers, the Nicolaus Copernicus University of Torun (Poland) and the University of Macerata (Italy).
It was opened at the same time in all three universities in Master 1 (2017-2018). The Master 2 opened in 2018-2019.
Organization
The course is organized over 4 semesters:
- Semester 1: students follow courses in their home university (Master in Economics in Torun, Master in Finance in Angers, Master in Markets and Financial Institutions in Macerata)
- Semester 2: all students meet at the University of Macerata where they attend the Master in Markets and Financial Institutions courses.
- Semester 3: the cohort follows the courses at the University of Angers in Master Finance.
- Semester 4: at the Nicolaeus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland, students follow the Master programme in Economics (courses, seminars and preparation of the thesis).
Employment opportunities
The Master's degree in Law and Finance is aimed at professional integration. It can also be followed by multidisciplinary doctoral studies at the intersection of law, economics and finance.

Information and admission
Students can enroll in either of the three universities.
Law and Finance candidates compile a file that retraces their career path and allows to verify a certain number of pre-requisites.
If they are declared eligible, they are called for an individual interview with the jury. The interview for the M2 Law and Finance takes place at least partially in English.
